During your stay, you’ll awaken each day to a morning yoga practice and a healthy breakfast. We’ll then take you on daily excursions around the area to explore the beauty of Mayan ruins, cenotes, and beaches, while connecting with nature and the local culture.
Each day, you’ll also have time to relax, swim, and explore the town of Quintana Roo. After a day of adventure and exploration, you’ll be ready to unwind with an evening yoga practice.
At the end of your stay, you’ll have a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and a deeper understanding of the true power of yoga

Our Yoga Retreat will be held in the beautiful and tranquil setting of Tulum, Mexico. Nestled on the Caribbean Sea,
you will be surrounded by lush jungle, white sand beaches, and crystal clear waters.
The retreat will be led by experienced and certified yoga instructors who will guide you through a variety of yoga styles and
sequences. You will have the opportunity to practice yoga in the open-air studio, on the beach, and even in the pool.



The retreat will include daily yoga classes, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork) sessions. We will also offer several
workshops and lectures on different topics related to yoga and wellness.
You will also have plenty of time to explore the area, relax, and enjoy the beauty of Tulum. There are many restaurants, bars, and
shops to explore, along with countless activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, and scuba diving.
