I’m open to invitations to teach at studios, pop-up events, hospital settings, corporations, and retreats  to promote yoga and wellness.

My Story

I began practicing yoga in 2009 while searching for a low impact workout. It started as a great way for me to develop a routine for flexibility. Over time my practice evolved as a tool for stress and meditation. I loved yoga so much she decided to teach and share the practice with others.

Yoga as a teacher means that I get to share my knowledge and gift of yoga with others to improve the well being of their lives. Yoga is beneficial in many aspects of life. I enjoy seeing the progress of my students with flexibility and confidence in their bodies.

My Values & Beliefs

Start Where You Are

It doesn’t require many things to start practicing yoga. Start with simple postures when you wake up in the morning and grow from there.

Consistency is Key

Maintaining a consistent practice can be difficult at times, but it pays offin your overall mood and tension in the body. Try to dedicate at 5 to 30 minutes of your day to practice yoga or mindfulness.

The Practice is For Every Body

There is no size or body type that can not practice yoga or meditation. I am passionate about removing the stereotypes of what media has portrayed as a standard for yoga and the people who practice it.
