Taking a moment to rest

Rest can be difficult to achieve although so many people talk about how much they want it. When we do get down time, we typically fill the time with other activities to keep us busy. This past month, I decided to take a trip to relax and take a mental health break. Before I left, I made a promise to myself that I would cut out distractions and really take an opportunity to unplug.
